Rent Your House During the Pan Am Games?

This arrived in my in-box this week.  I've been asked a few times recently "can you help find me a tenant who would like to rent my house/condo during the Pan Am Games in July"?  The expectation is the rents people will pay will be much higher than normal and this is a good way to earn a few extra bucks.

My answer was always "no" until this arrived.

I think the risks in doing this out weigh any monies gained.  Complete strangers roaming around my house for a couple of weeks on their own?  No thanks.   

Having said that, I will accept no referral fee from this company if any of my clients approach them  to offer their home.  In order for me to have a "agency relationship" with them, I'd have to vet them and I don't have time.
