I've been so busy lately and much of my time has been researching condo buildings, zoning restrictions, appraisals, mortgage insurance and on and on. This is the least glamorous part of selling houses. Most think we list a house on Wednesday, write an ad for the newspaper, hold a couple of open houses on the weekend and sell it on Tuesday. I wish!
The research is pain staking and absolutely vital to the interests of my clients. If I get it wrong, it could cost them thousands of dollars. It's all about details.
